NOGE President Beroro Efekoro joins University at Albany Students in a Moment of Silence for Umpqua


A candlelight memorial will be held at the University at Albany tonight to remember the nine people killed in a mass shooting at Umpqua Community College last week.

The UAlbany chapter of the National Organization for Global Education, in collaboration with UA Project Inspire, will hold a moment of silence for the victims at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday in front of the small fountain.
